Înființarea - January 1980
Ancora begins its activity, created by a group of cooperative members, specialists in the field of metal constructions.
Reorganizare și Adaptare - 2001
Throughout its activity, the company changed its name and organizational form. Due to legislative changes, it was registered in 2001 at the Galați Trade Registry, and subsequently, under the Law of Cooperatives (no. 1/2005), it was re-registered under its current name and organizational form: ANCORA Handicraft Cooperative Society (ANCORA S.C.M.).

Coiled Nails for Automation
We optimize construction processes with our coiled nails. Welded on copper-coated wire (Ø 0.6-0.8mm) in rolls of 334 pieces at a 16° angle, they are made from SAE 1006-1008 steel and are perfectly compatible with automatic nail guns, ensuring speed and efficiency.
Modern Factory
Our nail factory uses state-of-the-art automated equipmentWe constantly invest in technology to guarantee maximum precision and superior quality for every product, from standard nails to special ones, respecting international standards.
Flexibility and Delivery
Thanks to our flexible production system and high-performance IT system, we can fulfill any order, in any assortment or quantity, including delivery via our own means of transport or through courier services, directly to the customers' stores or warehouses.
